I
don't really want this to become an issue on this group, if you
belong to any pic groups no doubt you've heard by now that from 7
August if you look at your groups on the web (ie no email option) the
messages won't include attachments. At this stage it would appear
that
the Files and Photos sections remain unchanged.
I
would suggest that nobody unsubscribe from any of their groups
because of this change, but you may want to alter your favorite
groups from no email to individual messages. I've
used runbox
mail manager to receive my group messages for about 2 years now, and I'm
happy to personally recommend them. They have a 100mb capacity, I have never
bounced from Yahoo with them (I receive individual emails from a couple
hundred groups),
and
they have an incredibly responsive support team - the few times
that
I've had questions a real live human being has responded to me
and
usually within minutes. They offer a one-month free trial and
you
don't have to supply a credit card to open a trial account.
I
don't want to sound like a spammer, I've always kept my groups 100%
spam
free, but this is a time when there are a lot of people looking
for
solutions - and quickly.
